I offer a free, non-obligatory 20 minute call via zoom to offer some space for you to tell me a bit about what brings you to therapy and what you are looking for.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place on the same day, at the same time, on a weekly basis. Sessions cost £65.

Accessibility to therapy is important. I have a limited number of reduced-cost spaces for students, those on low income or unemployed.
