Initial Consultation: I offer an initial consultation at a reduced rate of £50 per 50 minute session. During this session, we will agree on a fee and how we would like to work together, either short term (fixed number of sessions) or long term (with regular reviews as we go). If we decide to work together, we will meet at the same time, every week.

Fee: Sessions cost £65.

Reduced Rate: Accessibility to therapy is important. I hold a limited number of reduced rate slots where we will agree on a session fee that feels affordable and sustainable, based on your current circumstances.
